For my training refresher, I took a look at Audacity again. Although audio editing isn’t anything I need for my current Vivero project, I wanted to revisit it as I have not worked with audio tools ever since the last time I did this training. Because I have a good handle on how to organize tracks, I messed around with some of the effects on the audio samples I had. I found that exercise interesting because the effects work sightly differently to the audio programs I have used in the past.
I think the training itself goes over the basics of the program very well. The portion that went over different buttons in the display was particularly helpful. I would say the only feedback I would have is to include things such as the effects or other parts of the toolbar, but that is part of the “Level Up”, which I think is fair considering most options may not be applicable for a lot of projects.
